Constructed on a 43,700 m2 plot site, the interior of our 19,909 m2 plant is replete with a diversity of equipment that is one of the best in the industry. This enables us to respond to a wide range of needs related to cold-drawn precision processing. And in terms of our staff members, we train workers who specialize in their individual field of operations while also training multi-skilled individuals who can handle operations in several fields. We have set up production lines that can flexibly respond to changes in demand, creating a production system that can deliver the high-precision products that customers want, in the quantity they want, and by the required schedule date.

The Wadayama Plant is equipped with a full range of production equipment, including bar and wire processing lines as well as various heat treatment equipment. Surrounded by a natural environment of fields and woods, the plant ensures that its operations have a minimum impact on the environment.

A full range of world-leading processing equipment

Featuring equipment that excels in both quality and quantity, our Wadayama Plant can flexibly and quickly change over its production lines to deal with the orders at hand to enable small-lot production. In addition, it is possible to put together setups to accommodate multiple sizes, where the wires have many different diameters, by making full use of the wide range of machines in place.
In addition to its vacuum furnaces, the plant has heat treatment equipment capable of supporting just about any annealing system. While many secondary processing manufacturers subcontract the annealing processes after wire drawing and then have the products returned for pickling, we have our own vacuum furnaces, so we can conduct annealing ourselves and skip the pickling process.
Because we have this industry-leading production environment that enables us to complete all the processes ourselves, we can deliver our products in the shortest possible time while maintaining high levels of quality.

More than 30 kinds of stainless steel available at all times

One reason why we can offer multi-size, small lot production and the fastest delivery is our extensive inventory of materials. We handle all the kinds of steel stipulated by the JIS G4309, JIS G4318 and other standards. In addition, our Wadayama Plant has more than 30 types of general-purpose steel always on hand, with a focus on general-purpose stainless steels such as SUS303 and SUS304 types. And in addition to general-purpose steel, we have various other types of steel at our disposal.
We combine our extensive stock of materials with our flexible manufacturing setup to supply products with a high degree of customer satisfaction.
