Wire material and steel wires are processed into bars through cold drawing, cutting, surface polishing, and corrections.
Centerless grinder
After the surface of the bar is processed through drawing, linear cutting, drawbench, and peeling, we grind it on a grindstone.

Heat treatment
Vacuum furnace
We perform annealing and spheroidizing heat treatment by heating and cooling steel wire in a vacuum furnace (micro pressurized nitrogen gas).
Bright annealing (BA) furnace
We perform solution heat treatment and annealing by heating and cooling steel wire in a decomposed ammonia gas environment.
STC furnace
We perform annealing and spheroidizing heat treatment in either an air/nitrogen or an RX gas (gas that balances CO and CO2) environment.
