MEGASUS is a manufacturer that specializes in cold-drawn precision processing of special steels, with a particular emphasis on stainless steel. Cold-drawn precision processing itself consists of a number of machining processes. We pass the steel materials through the dies of combined drawing machines (equipment used to process steel bars) and continuous wire-drawing machines (equipment used to process steel coils). Then, using processes that reduce the diameter of the steel materials step by step, we produce cold-drawn steel bars and steel coils. Specializing in cold-drawn precision processing allows us to continue to amass a wealth of know-how, while building and passing on our technical capability enables us to deliver products with the kind of high quality and high precision that are eagerly sought all over the world.

The products that we provide cannot be fabricated at high quality simply by introducing the most up-to-date machinery to the manufacturing line. Beyond the performance of machinery and equipment, the pursuit of roundness, straightness, and other high-precision factors requires the artisan skills of experienced technicians.
At MEGASUS, all our plant technicians are full-time regular employees. We encourage them to accumulate extremely detailed know-how on machine adjustment and operation, to pass on their techniques to other employees, and to share their expertise across peer groups. We also go outside the company to actively recruit personnel who are highly experienced in drawing and other metal working processes, and we make every effort to raise our level of technology and precision. The quality of MEGASUS products is supported by the advanced skills of these experienced technicians.
